- Pop-Tart Taste Test Challenge!
For the 3rd Anniversary of ITS: The Gathering we decided to host yet another Taste Test Challenge: this time with Pop-Tarts! Participants were tasked with sampling and guessing the flavors of 14 unique and seasonal Pop-Tart flavors. In addition to scoring points for correct guesses, players also answered Pop-Tart-themed trivia questions and wagered their scores in a game of Tarts & Wagers (a modification of the board game Wits & Wagers.)

Participants were also asked to rate their gut reaction to each flavor on a scale on 1-10. Those scores were compiled to create the Pop-Tart Flavor Hierarchy!

In celebration of Halloween this year, Charles Plemons and Josh Jenkins hosted two concurrent games of Dread, the horror RPG. Players took on the roles of various “losers” from popular fiction and fought for their lives in two unique and bloody horror scenarios!
